To celebrate our 5 year anniversary we are bringing back the “13 Stars” workout that we created for our STRENGTH Fundraiser in October 2017. No time cap this time though!
And to say that this has been a quick five years would be quite the understatement. Our goal at CF13S has always been to introduce anyone interested to a healthier way of living through fitness and a caring and encouraging community of like-minded individuals. Looking around our classes and social events I feel confident that we have succeeded in that effort. To everyone who has been with us since the beginning, you faith in our ability to guide you when we were learning our way, will never be forgotten. I hope that all of our members who have joined us along the way are seeing the progress in yourselves that we are seeing in you as coaches.
Here is to another 5 years of making new friends and getting healthier in the process!
