The time has come for another 1RM! Eager to see how much everyone has improved since we did our 3RM front squat. Check your WOD book, your diary (if you are Chase) or Zen to see where you finished with your 3RM and what you should be shooting for with the 1RM.

If you try to think about/do all of it, then you won’t have any time left for the actual workout, but a lot of it is a good refresher on things to keep in mind, and ideas for your training regiment.
