Week of March 3rd

We’ve made it … week 3 of the Paleo Challenge! For all you Catholics out there, Wednesday is Ash Wednesday … and nothing says “getting creative” like Paleo on Fridays during lent with no meat. Again … if you’re having trouble, reach out to one of us. Only two more weeks to go!

Just a heads up … the CrossFit Games Open has started (as of this past Thursday), which means CrossFit will release a new workout every week for the next four (4) weeks to determine who will be going to regionals (aka the next round of competition). To get a taste of the competition, the Open workouts will be our gym’s programing for the next four (4) Fridays. This week is screwy, which is why we have two (2) Open WODs this week, but that won’t be the case from here on out. This does not mean you have to be signed up for the Open either, just means we want everyone to give a CrossFit HQ programmed workout a shot and see how we all do.

Please remember to log into Zen and sign-up for whatever class you are going to be attending.

Monday – CrossFit Open WOD 14.1
Tuesday – short strength + short metcon
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – strength
Friday – CrossFit Open WOD 14.2
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
