Front Squat: 1RM (re-test)
kb complex (1 L snatch, 1 R snatch, 1 L goblet lunge, 1 R goblet lunge, 1 goblet squat)
Start with 1 complex in the 1st minute. Increase the complex reps by 1 each minute. When you can no longer complete the complex reps in that minute, you start back at 1 complex the next minute. Your score is the highest # of complexes completed in that minute’s time.
