rope climbs / double unders

WOD:
3RFT
5 shoulder-to-overhead (135/95)
10 power cleans (135/95)
15 back squats (135/95)
EMOM stop and do 3 burpees

Recipes:
One dish that was a big hit at the BBQ was Tim and Jenna’s Pulled Pork. I know it was a Nom Nom Paleo recipe, and I know Tim pulled a complete rebel move and went off-recipe by adding pineapple … but I think this is it right here if you’re interested. Happy crockpotting.
