You will perform 8 rounds of each movement, but will be alternating movements each round. So, you will perform 20 seconds of Russian swings, rest for 10 seconds, and then 20 seconds of weighted sit-ups. And then do each 7 more times before you rest, and move into the 2nd tabata.
