The CrossFit Games Open has started, which means CrossFit will release a new workout every week for five (5) weeks to determine who will be going to regionals (aka the next round of competition). To get a taste of the competition, the Open workouts will be our gym’s programing on Fridays until they are completed. This does not mean you have to be signed up for the Open either, just means we want everyone to give a CrossFit HQ programmed workout a shot and see how we all do.
