On Tuesday Sean Rogers, one of the founders of the Civilian Military Combine, is coming to the 6pm class. The CMC is a obstacle course race w/ a CrossFit-style AMRAP at the beginning. The workout for the class is going to be a variation of THE PIT, which is the AMRAP everyone takes part in before starting the race. We are canceling the 5pm class to try and get a good crew together for the 6pm, so if you can make it, come on down!

Because folks have been asking … yes, the CF13S wrist wraps have been ordered. We do not have an ETA yet, but they will be $30, and we will let everyone know when they have arrived.

And just a reminder … the hoodies have arrived. If you haven’t picked yours up yet, please bring $45 (cash or check) to your next class. If you have picked yours up, please remember to bring your money this week.
