10 kb squats (35/26)
8 Russian swings (35/26)
6 kb push presses (35/26)
farmer’s carry down and back (25/15)

We are going to do farmer’s carries by pinching the tops of plates. Not putting our fingers through the holes, and not using KBs. Working on grip strength!

KB in each hand for each movement … yes swings too.
