WOD
“Murph”
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
Each year on Memorial Day we perform “Murph” in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy. Lt. Murphy, who originally named the workout “Body Armor,” was a Navy SEAL who was died during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan. Click here to learn more about Murph.
We hope to see everyone on Monday! Remember, you are welcome to come in and do any variation (ie. a half Murph, a quarter Murph, a partner Murph, etc) of the workout you would like with any modifications (ie. ring rows, jumping pull-ups, air squats to a box or ball, push-ups to pads, etc) that you think will allow you to be successful and challenged!
Our Murph classes are at 8am, 9am, or 10am. Hope to see you there!
