thruster 3 @ 80%, 3 @ 85%, 3 @ 90%

WOD:
10min AMRAP
2-4-6-8-10… MB cleans (20/14)
1-2-3-4-5… hang power snatches (95/65)
then
500m row

This is an ascending ladder of mb cleans (by 2) and hang power snatches (by 1) for 10 minutes. Immediately following that 10 minutes will be a 500m row.
