30sec hollow body rock
20 sit-ups
10 v-ups
rest as needed

1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 of deadlifts (245/165)
with 1 round of Cindy between reach round

“Cindy” is 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats, so you will complete these 30 reps in between each set of deadlifts.
