10min snatch complex EMOM (50% of 1RM OHS)

The complex is going to be a power snatch to a hang power snatch to a hang snatch to an overhead squat.
This is not heavy strength work. Let’s work on getting comfortable in the bottom of our overhead squat, and also getting prepped for snatches coming up the next strength cycle.
