This is a good chance to work on whatever stage of being upside down you are currently working on (ie. handstand, handstand push-ups, deficit handstand push-ups, handstand walks, etc).

5 thrusters (75/55)
5 mb cleans (20/14)
5 box jumps (24/20)

All 15 of these reps will be accomplished in the same minute.
