STRENGTH
Overhead Squat: 3×3 @ 3RM

WOD
13min AMRAP
900m run (corner of Elm/South and back)
then
50 wall balls (20/14)
30 box jump overs (30/24)
10 push jerks (135/95)

Similar to Friday’s AMRAP, yes it is possible you will not get all the way through this. This is more as many REPS as possible versus as many rounds as possible.

If you do end up getting to that 10th push jerk, you are going to start back with wall balls again. Not go for the run. You’re welcome.
