3×5 tempo kb zed press (each side)
3×5 zed press with barbell (empty bar or light wt)

WOD
10-20-30-40-50 calorie row
50-40-30-20-10 double unders

FIT360
You and your partner will collect 3000m on the rower.
– first 1500m, non-rowing partner is performing max box jumps (24/20)
2 minute rest
– second 1500m, non-rowing partner is performing max double unders or singles
… during the 1500m chunks the partners can switch as much as they would like.

The result will be two numbers: 1) the total amount of box jumps you and your partner accumulated, and 2) the total amount of doubles or singles you and your partner accumulated.
