We know that mornings can be tough for our members to get there early, or to stay later, if you are on a tight schedule … but if you ever have the time, don’t forget the cool down. Box Life Magazine recently posted “3 Reasons To Cool Down After Your WOD” and if you are someone who does not think cooling down is important, this post is for you. As you start moving towards performing strict movements and heavier loads it is becoming more and more important to make sure you are stretching, moving around and rolling to decrease your soreness as much as possible. The more you prepare for the workouts to come, the easier they will be when you arrive for the following day’s class.
