WOD:
10min max tabata cycle of curtis p’s (choose weight)

A Curtis P is a power clean > left front rack lunge > right front rack lunge > push jerk. And you will be doing 1 rep every 20 seconds (with a 10 second break in between) up to 10 minutes. If you fail before the 10 minute mark, you are dunzo!

Halloween Fiesta:
The 2nd annual Nightmare On 74 Elm Street is going down TONIGHT at 8:00pm! Costumes (of course) are required! And your entrance fee is either liquids or edibles.
