WOD
5 rounds for reps of…
1 minute of muscle snatches (85/55)
1 minute of overhead squats (85/55)
1 minute of burpees over the bar
1 minute of rest

A muscle snatch is a snatch that does NOT pass through a squat and also uses minimal, if any, legs. We are using it here as a way to to encourage a BIG shrug and high elbows, when you aren’t dropping underneath it at all.

Your score is going to be your total accumulated reps.
