21-15-9 unbroken thrusters

Perform 21 thrusters in a row then take a 2 minute rest. Either stay with the same weight or gradually increase and then repeat with the unbroken reps and rest.

10 atomic sit-ups (35/15) (min 2, 6, 10, 14, 18)
10 HSPUs / 10 push-ups (min 3, 7, 11, 15, 19)
