Tomorrow’s WOD is a twist on a CrossFit classic, and one I hope everyone comes out to take part in as we will be re-testing the WOD this time next month. Fran is a benchmark and should be used as a test to see if you are improving, whether it’s through an increase in weight, a better range of motion or simply a faster time.

After the 3:30pm today we were talking about recipes, and of course PaleOMG came up. Jeanna mentioned Juli Bauer’s Artichoke Lemon Chicken Pasta as a dish she has become a very big fan of. It is a staple in our house as well. Not to be missed.
