Week of October 6th

PALEO CHALLENGE – ROUND II
We are approaching week 3 of the challenge, and we are hearing a lot of positive things going on for our members … 8 pounds lost, 4 pounds lost, down a pants size, feeling better, looking better, “I think I’m starting to see abs” … and more! Keep it up! Two more weeks to go.

BE WELL’S WELLNESS: MO’TOWN
Thank you to all of our coaches and members who came out today in support of CF13S at the WELLNESS: MO’TOWN event today at the Vail Mansion. And thank you for all of our members who brought a friend or family member with them to try out our class. The members who won a free class were TOJ (37 weighted step-ups) for the ladies and PJ (32 weighted step-sup) for the gents! Congrats to both!

OPEN GYM
There will NOT be Open Gym this week … as we are still on an every-other-week schedule for now. Again, if the response ends up being big then we will adjust that down the road, so there is no Open Gym this week.

NO IDEA SPORTS
No Idea Sports has announced that volleyball, men’s basketball and indoor soccer are all almost sold out! Visit noideasports.com if you’re interested in getting in on the action!

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – short strength (bench press)
Tuesday – skill work + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (deadlift)
Thursday – skill work + long metcon
Friday – strength (snatch + power clean)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
