The Winter Goals board (even though we’re not officially in Winter yet) is alive and well! … but it’s only 1/2 full. So, take some time before next class to think about what it is you want to work on and etch it in stone (aka white board marker)! Think of something tangible, and easy to quantify: a 250# back squat, 3 strict pull-ups in a row, a muscle-up, double unders, 20″ box jump … for example. Looking forward to seeing what you’re interested in working on!
