Just a reminder … The CrossFit Open starts this week, with the first WOD released on February 26th. Friday night classes, 5:30pm and 6:30pm will be designated for The Open workouts each week. If you are signed up for The Open, please come in during that time and get judged. These WODs will not count against your weekly classes, if you are on a limited package, so if you would also like to come in and give the workout a shot, even if you’re not signed up officially, come on down!
