Week of February 15th

Cupid’s Revenge:
In case you weren’t stalking our Instagram over the weekend all 4 of us (BVags, JVags, Harrison and Sara B) competed in a partner competition this weekend outside Lancaster, PA called Cupid’s Revenge. We came in 24th and 26th with all 4 of us PR’ing our cleans in the first event. A successful outing all around!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill work (winter goals) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (1RM push press test) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill work (tabata row) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (hang power clean + 1RM press test)
Friday – short strength (1RM deadlift test) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
