HealthySelf Reset:
Julie Foucher (CrossFit athlete) and Brigid Titgemeier (functional dietician nutritionist from BeingBrigid) have developed a 28-day reset program that is 100% free for anyone looking to get back on track after the holidays!

If you are interested, you can sign up at the link. I signed up, because I am curious to see the program in action, and Julie and I are interested in also taking part.

Once you sign up, you will receive an email every week for 5 weeks. The first one will go out tomorrow on January 4th with some preparatory information. Then every week for 4 weeks an email will go out with a shopping list, recipes, and meal plan to provide complete nutrition for the week. Meals will all be whole foods, gluten, dairy, and added sugar free, so nearly Paleo. They may have some legumes or non-gluten containing grains.

As a subscriber, you will also have access to a private FB group for support where both Brigid and Julie Foucher will be active and answering questions. In the weekly emails they will also send 3 bodyweight workouts per week as well as ideas for shorter workouts or movement ideas (~5 minutes) to try on the off days.
