Monday – skill (running intervals) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (tempo overhead squats) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (push jerk) + short metcon
Friday – strength (overhead squats + snatch)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
