WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (push-up work) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (turkish get-ups) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (bench press + snatch)
Friday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
