Open Gym – 10/02/14

Open Gym:
An Open Gym session has finally arrived! If you missed a WOD, interested in working on a skill, work on strength or work on a WOD for an upcoming competition … this is the time.

A coach will be available during all classes, but there will not be a group warm-up or workout setup, so come with an idea of what you would like to work on. Please keep in mind that there will be other people in the class when you plan out your workout (space, equipment, clock, running, rowers, etc).

As of now, Open Gym will be every other Thursday. If it becomes popular we will look into offering it more often.
