We have potential snow in the forecast from now until February 20, so please keep an eye on both the Facebook group and your email for any snow announcements.

We are picking up where we left off with the strength program this week, starting with Monday, and testing our 5RM for three of this cycle’s four lifts.

Let’s anti-stress eat! Taking control of stress with the foods we eat can help to counter inflammation throughout the body, as well as elevated levels of the hormone cortisol, which can otherwise lead to high blood sugar, increased appetite and weight gain, among other symptoms.
