We are kicking off the new strength cycle with our 1RM bench press!

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (bench press 1RM test) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Tuesday – short strength (power clean 1RM test) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – skill (core work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Thursday – strength (overhead squat + clean 1RM test) / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – skill (handstand work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
