Week of April 20th

As of Sunday, April 26th at midnight the 3rd Paleo Challenge will come to a close! The leaderboard continues to rotate, so if you’ve got a few 0s on your scoresheet, now is the time to tighten up! This thing is anyone’s ballgame! The icon and name above were blurred to protect the innocent!

CF13S has 11 of our members competing in the SteelFit Championships Westfield qualifier this coming Saturday, April 25th … and we would love to see as many familiar faces there to support them as we can muster! On Saturday, May 2nd we are also going to be at the West Orange qualifier to judge the athletes competing that day. If you are interested in judging with us, we currently have 10 judges from CF13S signed up, please let me know! More the merrier.

We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Tuesday – short strength (deadlift) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (thruster) + short metcon
Friday – strength (bench press + push jerk)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
