WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Tuesday – strength (clean + split jerks)
Wednesday – skill (pull-ups) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (power clean) + short metcon
Friday – skill (power clean) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
