Monday – short strength (1RM overhead squat) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work (tabata row) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (push jerk + clean)
Thursday – short strength (1RM power clean) + short metcon
Friday – skill work (winter goals) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
