Week of January 12th

We are going to be making another order for Atlas Power Wraps (this time in 2 colors: blue and red) since we have a lot of new members who have said they are interested in them. Please let us know if you are interested in a pair, they are $30, and one of the best pieces of equipment you can have in your gym bag! Click here to see the magic!

We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – short strength (snatch) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work + long metcon
Friday – strength (hang power clean + push press)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
