Week of January 1st

We hope everyone has a fun (and safe) New Year’s Eve on Sunday! We are going to be closed for New Year’s Day, but will resume a regular schedule on January 2.

We are re-testing our 1RM clean, power clean and bench press this week. We will be taking a deload week before jumping into our next cycle where we will be testing our press, push press and deadlift!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – no classes
Tuesday – short strength (power clean 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (cardio re-test) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (push jerk + clean 1RM re-test)
Friday – short strength (bench press 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
