Monday – skill (winter goals) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (power snatch 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (bulgarian split squats) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (thruster 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Friday – strength (bench press + snatch 1RM re-test)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
