halting deadlifts 3×5 (75% of b/w)

Athletes are going to perform a deadlift, and stand tall. Athletes will then begin the negative movement and pause right below their knee, and then stand tall again. That is 1 rep.

1 minute rest
tabata of strict pull-ups
1 minute rest
tabata of calorie row

Each tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest … or a total of 4 minutes. Your score will be your lowest score and your highest score for each movement … separately, not added together.
