WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (front squat 1RM re-test) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Tuesday – skill (pull-up accessory work – week 8 of 8) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – short strength (deadlift 1RM re-test) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Thursday – skill (squat accessory work – week 8 of 8) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – strength (push jerk + back squat 1RM re-test) / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
