Julie started a “Spring Goals” list on the white board by the bathroom. Nothing says, “Now I actually have to make this happen!” like writing it down in public. Think about something you have been working towards, add it to the list, and let’s see what we can accomplish in the next couple of months! It is always great to keep something in mind as you push yourself to complete each and every workout.
