Wednesday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (hang power clean 5RM) + short metcon
Friday – short strength (front squat 5RM) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
