The CF13S wrist wraps are done and I am told they are shipping on Monday, so look for them in the gym sometime by the end of the week. And almost everyone has picked up their hoodie, but if you haven’t (coughJAMIEcough) then talk to a coach to pick yours up this week.
Tuesday we will be testing the “Helen” as our benchmark for the month. We will be re-testing at the end of May to see what improvements were made in our rowing, pull-ups and kb swings.
