A Happy early Thanksgiving to all to all of CF13S! We wouldn’t have the community that we do without all of our, so thank you for choosing to be part of this with us. We appreciate all of you and all of the hard work you put in each and every day!
We will NOT be having the 6:30pm class on Wednesday evening, and there will be NO classes on Thanksgiving day. Last year we did, but both Daniel-san and I will be out of town this year and wanted to make sure all of our coaches had time to spend with their families. And Friday we will ONLY have 8am and 9am classes.

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill work (tabata row) + long metcon (includes the annual ‘movement you’re thankful for’)
Wednesday – strength (split jerk + back squat)
Thursday – Thanksgiving – no class
Friday – skill work (1RM box jump) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
