Monday – skill (tabata row) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (thruster) + short metcon
Wednesday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (T2Bs or push-ups) + long metcon
Friday – strength (press + deadlift)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
