Week of October 10th

We have 11 athletes competing in MAX EFFORT starting this week! We’re going to get together at 6:30pm on Fri 10/14, Fri 10/21, Thu 10/27 and Fri 11/04 to do the workouts … followed by trash-talking and brewskie drinking. Come on in, and cheer on our athletes. If you’re interested in getting in on the action as well, there is still time! This is an online competition, so all workouts will be completed at our gym. WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (handstand push-ups) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Wednesday – benchmark (Morals Moran)
Thursday – strength (hang power cleans + press)
Friday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
