Week of October 17th

A great week of PRs this week for folks competing in SteelFit’s MAX EFFORT … including a double bodyweight deadlift for Terry! We will be getting together again this Friday at 6:30pm for week 2’s events. All are welcome to come and hang!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (fall goals) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (bulgarian split squats) + long metcon
Friday – strength (hang power cleans + press)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
