Strength:
Overhead Squat: 3RM

WOD:
2RFT
50m farmer’s carry (35 plates/15 plates)
40 air squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
50 double unders / 150 singles

If any of the SteelFit competitors (or any of our members) would like to sub atomic sit-ups for sit-ups to practice you are welcome to do so.
