3×3 curtis p’s (50% of your 1RM push jerk)

WOD:
4RFT
10 overhead squats (95/65)
10 strict pull-ups
200m run

Recipes:
Some prep work with this stuffed cabbage recipe (pre-cooking the meat, chopping the veggies) but worth it. The cabbage makes a great wrap to pick them up and eat them by hand, or you can keep it classy and take a knife and fork to them. You can pack them full of whatever veggies you want too … Julie used cauliflower, onions and carrots. Delicious stuff, and great for leftovers.
