4 clean complex (1 power clean > 1 hang prw cl)

WOD:
collect a total of 150 reps of…
kb swings (53/35)
wall balls (20/14)
pull-ups

You can collect the 150 in any combination you would like. A break in a movement (ie. putting down the KB, dropping the med ball or coming off the rig) means you have to move on to the next movement. And you must go in this order (kb swings > wall balls > pull-ups).
