Strength:
5 split jerks @ 50%, 5 @ 60%, 5 @ 70%

WOD:
5RFT
5 burpee pull-ups
10 ring dips
15 jumping squats


LOTS of improvements with everyone’s handstand push-ups today, whether it was getting up into a handstand, or getting down into a push-up or two! Keep up the great work.

Also, we are going to be ordering wrist wraps to have at the gym. I know a lot of folks have ordered them already, but if you haven’t, and are interested in reserving a pair, let us know. They will have the CF13S logo on them!
